Derrick Favors Annoucement

**UPDATE** Derrick Favors is scheduled to announce where he will play college basketball next year at 6:30pm tonight (Wednesday, 1/14) at ESPN zone. He will likely decided between NCSU, Ga Tech and Georgia.

According to ZAGSBLOG, an annoucement from Derrick Favors about where he will play in college next year is coming soon. One of Favors’ AAU coaches, Hulio Smith, said the announcement could come “any day now.”

The 6′9″ Derrick Favors is the #1 center from the Class of 2009. When he makes his annoucement, he is expected to choose between Georgia, Georgia Tech and N.C. State, and will annouce live on ESPNU, like Ryan Kelly and Kenny Boynton did recently.
