The baseball world is basically divided into two groups: Yankee fans, and those who aren’t. So, for all of those who aren’t, here’s a good laugh, and for all of those who are, here’s a close call:
Construction workers on Sunday dug up a shirt that had been intentionally buried by a construction worker at the site of the New Yankee Stadium. Now, we can’t say for sure that this construction worker was in fact a Red Sox fan, but nonetheless the unearthed shirt in question was in fact none other than a Boston Red Sox David Ortiz jersey.
Check out some pics and read the story at the above link, but suffice it to say the curse of the Bambino has only been furthered by this latest concrete-related shot between the Yankees and Red Sox.
