Gaddy, Bradley Lead USA Two to Victory in Nike Global Challenge
USA Two defeated USA One 117-104 in the Nike Global Challenge basketball tournament. Avery Bradley (who had 25 points in the final game) and Abdul Gaddy were named tournament MVPs, along with Nikola Markovic of Serbia.

Underclassmen Shown the Love
With recruiting taking place earlier and earlier, schools such as University of Washington are catering to underclassmen and inviting them to go on unofficial campus visits.
Ricky Johnson Narrows List Down to 3
“Ricky Johnson, the 5-foot-11, 185-pound three-star athlete (wide receiver, running back and quarterback) from Carencro High School in Lafayette, La., has narrowed down his list to three choices, but says it’s basically between two schools - Arkansas and Georgia Tech.”
Justin Hawkins Highlights at Ball Is Life
Check out some highlights from Justin Hawkins, a 6′3 guard from Taft High School (class of 2009) who plays AAU basketball for the Compton Magic. He’s a great leader and very smart player.
John Wall Says He’s Still “Wide Open”
While many speculated that Baylor hired Dwon Clifton, the AAU Coach of John Wall (#1 basketball player in class of 2009), Wall emphasized that he’s still looking around and that he doesn’t have a top choice.
