You can deactivate your basic account at any time after logging into PrepChamps.com with your account information, or by contacting PrepChamps support at support@prepchamps.com. If you are a premium member, you can switch back to basic membership, or deactivate your account online or by contacting PrepChamps support, as well.
To delete or deactivate your PrepChamps.com account:
- Log into PrepChamps with your email address and password
- Click the Account link at the top of your profile
- Click the Account tab on the next page
- If you are a Basic member, click the Deactivate link next to your membership type
- If you are a Premium member, click the Switch to Basic link next to your membership type
Important: When you deactivate your account, you will no longer be able to sign into PrepChamps or create a new account with your old account’s email address. All of your messages and media will be removed from our system to protect your privacy.
